Draft for legal review. Effective date to be set on publication.

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of ScopeFlow, the estimating and project-management platform operated by TCR LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you act for (“you”, “your organisation”).

1. The service

ScopeFlow lets your organisation store rate databases, price estimates, produce quotation documents and manage delivery. We provide the service as described in the application and user guide. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a feature your organisation relies on without notice.

2. Accounts and seats

An administrator of your organisation controls who has access. Each person uses their own login; sharing credentials is not permitted. You are responsible for activity under your organisation’s accounts and for keeping contact details current.

3. Your data

Everything you enter — rates, templates, projects, estimates, documents — remains yours. We hold it to provide the service and, where applicable, to run AI-assisted features you choose to use (see the Privacy Policy). You may export your rate databases and documents at any time. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to probe or disrupt the service, or to build a competing product from its content. We may suspend an account that puts other customers’ data or the service at risk, and will tell you why.

5. Fees

Subscription and usage charges are those shown on the pricing page or agreed with you in writing. AI usage is metered and billed as credit purchased in advance. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated.

6. Estimates and documents are yours to check

ScopeFlow performs calculations from the figures you and your team enter, and AI-assisted features draft content for your review. You remain responsible for every price, quantity, tax treatment and document you issue to a client. We do not provide tax, legal or engineering advice.

7. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and will give notice of planned maintenance through the application. Support is available through the Support page and by email at support@scopeflow.us.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Either party may end the agreement on notice; we may end it immediately for a serious breach of these terms. Sections 3, 6, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to TCR LLC’s place of business, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If a term is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. We may update these terms; we will notify administrators of material changes before they take effect.
