Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information TCR LLC collects when you use ScopeFlow, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

AI-assisted features

When you ask the assistant to read a document or extract a quote, the contents of that document are sent to our AI provider for that request only. Nothing is stored with the provider, and we do not use the Files or retention features of that service. Our own database records references and metadata (which file, how many tokens, how long it took) — never the document’s contents or the message text beyond your own conversation history in the application.

How we use information

To provide, secure and support the service; to bill for it; to tell you about service changes and planned maintenance; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your business content to train models.

Sharing

We use hosting, database, authentication, email and payment providers to run the service, each under contract and only for that purpose. We share information with authorities only where the law requires.

Retention

Account and business content is kept while your organisation has an account and for a reasonable export period afterwards. Audit records and logs are kept for as long as needed for security and legal purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict some processing. Ask us at support@scopeflow.us; your organisation’s administrator can also action most requests directly in the application.
